We don’t offer dedicated ironing, but if you have specific items that require pressing, we recommend dry cleaners specializing in that service.
We offer a variety of choices to accommodate most preferences.

You can also send in your own detergents and laundry products. They will be returned to you upon the delivery of your order.
Absolutely not! We always wash, dry, and fold each customer’s laundry separately.
Of course! We’re happy to use your hangers. Just send them along with your clothes and we’ll make sure everything is returned freshly cleaned on your own hangers.
We can also provide wire hangers for .50 cents each.
If you have an accessible wreath hanger on your front door, we will hang your plastic covered clothes there.
Otherwise; we will carefully drape your hanging items over your bagged folded clothes to minimize wrinkles.
Both your hanging items and the folded items will be delivered in clear plastic bags for protection.
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed.
You are allowed to do so, but your laundry will be washed and folded together.
Alternatively, if you each have your own accounts, you can still share pickup/delivery days to meet the $35.00 minimum order, but your laundry will be kept separate.

At this time, there are a handful of items that we cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team.

We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with:

We understand that pets can sometimes shed a lot or have accidents. We’re happy to launder items with excessive pet hair or those that have been soiled with pet urine.
To ensure a great experience for all our clients, we do have an additional ‘pet hair charge’ of $1.00 per pound for clothing and bedding items (as they require additional cleaning steps and resources).

There’s no long-term commitment or contract required. You can try our service and cancel at any time.
We’re confident you’ll be so impressed with our service that you’ll want to stay.
Hey, we get it! These things happen. We will text a reminder the morning of pickup to help make sure you don’t forget, but life can sometimes get in the way.
To compensate your driver’s time, there will be a $10 missed pick-up fee charged to your credit card.
We will reschedule for the following week unless you contact us to schedule a different day or to cancel.
Please note that we do not call in advance and we do not ring door bells. All pickups are contact free.
Once your order is complete, we charge your credit card. If the credit card is declined (expired, lost, account closed or insufficient funds), your order does not get processed for delivery. Once your updated payment is received, we’ll deliver your order within 24 hours (excluding Sunday and holidays).

We recommend unbagging your items ASAP to prevent moisture buildup and potential mildew. This is especially important for duvets and down comforters.
Due to humid temps in laundromats, it can be difficult to completely dry large bedding, especially items with goose down. There is always the possibility they may need more time to air dry at home.
While we take exceptional care of your laundry, occasional issues might arise.
If we lose or damage any articles, please notify customer service within 3 days of the laundry being returned to you. We will make every attempt possible to come to a fair and reasonable compensation.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather or removed by others after it’s dropped off.
Our driver takes a picture of your dropped-off order (this helps us verify the condition of your order upon drop-off).
